Starburst | Blue Glazed Mug 300ml - Scandi Stoneware
Coastal calm in the palm of your hands. This wheel-thrown stoneware mug features a rich blue glazed interior and rim that flows into warm brown tones where it breaks over the edge - an organic effect reminiscent of tidal pools and weathered shorelines.
A subtle hand-carved starburst pattern around the base adds texture and a gentle grip to the unglazed exterior. The grey stoneware has the same quiet, tactile quality as a smooth pebble found on a favourite beach - grounding and satisfying to hold.
Each mug is wheel-thrown in my East Sussex garden studio and finished entirely by hand. A 300ml capacity makes it perfect for a generous morning coffee or a slow afternoon tea.
