Custom Orders

Custom products, including personalised items, cannot be returned. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, feel free to get in touch.

Standard Orders

You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it - unbroken, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, email me at bubblesandclay@outlook.com. Once your return is accepted, I’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Returns must be sent to the address provided after approval
  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me straight away if it’s defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. I’ll do my best to make it right.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds

I’ll notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
