Processing Time & Packaging

Each piece is handmade and packed with care. Please allow 3–5 working days for me to get your order ready for its new home.

I care about the planet as much as I care about my pottery, so I use recyclable cardboard and paper packaging. To keep things as sustainable as possible, I also occasionally repurpose second-hand boxes and bubble wrap - it might not always be the prettiest on the outside, but it’s what’s inside that counts!

Rates & Delivery

I ship all across the UK via Royal Mail. Postage is free on all orders over £60, or a flat rate of £3.95 (unless collected in person). Once your piece leaves my studio, it usually finds its way to you within 2–4 working days.

Local Pickup (Battle, East Sussex)

If you are local to Battle and would prefer to collect your order in person, please drop me a message before checkout and I’ll let you know what’s feasible.

Seasonal Notes

During busy times (especially October - December), custom orders can take a little longer. If you’re ordering for a special date, please try to order early or get in touch and I’ll always do my best to help.

Order Issues

I want you to love your pottery! If your parcel goes missing or arrives damaged, please contact me at bubblesandclay@outlook.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so I can make it right.
