Sea Glass | Candle Vase - The Colourful Collection

This one started as an experiment - I was trying to create something closer to ocean blues, and the kiln had other ideas. What emerged was a glaze of soft greens, blues, and pinks that I hadn't planned but absolutely love - the kind of colour you find in sea glass washed up on a beach, tumbled and softened by years in the water.

Wheel-thrown in my East Sussex garden studio, this tall cylinder has been hand-pierced with holes of different sizes - allowing the light from a candle to glow through and cast dappled patterns across your walls. It's also generous enough to work as a utensil holder for kitchen tools, brushes, or pens.

The glaze is genuinely experimental - a one-time result that I couldn't repeat even if I tried. This piece is completely unrepeatable.
