This charming handmade trinket dish from my Studio Originals Collection features a tiny hand-sculpted highland cow perched on the folded rim, standing alone in the grass with the quiet dignity only a highland cow can pull off.

Wheel-thrown in my East Sussex garden studio and finished entirely by hand, this piece wears the same stunning deep glossy black glaze with silver-grey flecks as its companion pieces in the collection. Inside, the dish is glazed in a rich deep blue, creating a beautiful contrast that somehow makes the whole scene feel both vast and intimate at once.

Small but full of personality, it's perfect for holding rings, earrings, loose change, or any small treasures - or simply for sitting on your shelf and reminding you that sometimes it's perfectly fine to just stand in a field and exist.
