This charming handmade trinket dish from my Studio Originals Collection captures that moment - a tiny hand-sculpted highland cow perched on the folded rim, standing in a little meadow of hand-painted flowers, completely unbothered by the world.

Wheel-thrown in my East Sussex garden studio and finished entirely by hand, this piece wears the same stunning deep glossy black glaze with silver-grey flecks as its companion pieces in the collection. Inside, the dish is glazed in a rich deep blue, creating a beautiful contrast that makes the little meadow scene feel like a window into another world.
